The Stars Swim Team at BLAST is a member of the Southern Arizona Aquatics Association which has been in Southern Arizona for over 30 years.  The SAAA promotes quality competition while having fun and learning how to be a good sportsman.  With more than 3,500 swimmers, the SAAA is broken up into five leagues consisting of four to eight teams.  The leagues are set up according to the history, size and level of experience of each team, as to put similar teams in the same league resulting in competition that is fair and exciting.  The SAAA is expertly run, purely by volunteers.  Many of whom have been volunteering for more that twenty years.


For Fall practices you may sign up with  Tucson BLAST is our year around swim team and you may sign up at any time through out the year.
